Barry Smith - Partner
Barry is a commercially focused business services manager and small business tax specialist. He is expert in advising small and growing businesses on tax efficient structures and dealing with accounting and taxation compliance matters so clients can concentrate on business growth and profitability. He has considerable experience in the areas of, ‘status’ for tax purposes, IR35 and the construction industry.

Karen Briddon - Partner
Karen has many years’ experience dealing with family owned companies over a wide range of commercial activities. She has helped many clients take the first steps in establishing new businesses, assisting them with company formations, advising on bookkeeping requirements and helping them through the maze of registration procedures with HMRC be that VAT, PAYE or self assessment.

Moira Morley – Assistant Accountant
Moira joined the company in 2015 as a qualified AAT Accounting technician and is currently studying for her ACCA affiliation. Her role includes the preparation of Financial year end accounts and corporation tax returns. Moira also assists with the statements of income for sole-traders tax returns, bookkeeping and preparation of VAT returns.

Nicola Martini – Office Administrator
Nicola joined the company in 2017 with a background in credit control and office management. As well as ensuring the smooth running of the office, which includes keeping clients aware of filing deadlines, she is also responsible for credit control, payroll and Company secretarial work.
